BDay Celebrations

Hooray for birthdays that bring together good fun, good food, and best of all... good people! Joe, me, Garry, Mike and Maria and even Libby and Dr. Darsky made a quick trip from Vegas to celebrate with some good, clean fun. First we enjoyed dinner at the finest dining small town USA has to offer: Don Pedro's; followed by gleeful activities usually enjoyed by 10 year olds: Fun Depot go carting and mini-golfing, and hoarding tickets from the arcade to buy a prize at the end of the night. (At least our hard work was used to buy our babes prizes, Libs and Darsky have nothing to show for their hard work but bigger butts! candy junkies); and ending with more 10 yr old joys- rainbow chip cake. Yup, it's my fave even now that I'm 27.

Go carting was a blast! We were the only people there, the lights went out on the track, and the attendant let us go crazy. We bumped and flipped and harassed each other for 45 minutes straight. Whiplash, yes, but definitely worth it.

spend 5 minutes with Richard and you will understand that look... he is pure entertainment!

I love being able to be kid still, and enjoying the silliness of it! Especially when you get to share in the glory with good friends!

I'm glad the birthday fun was enjoyed by all! Getting older is so much more bearable when you can act like a kid doing it!
