My busted sister...

My poor sister! These pics are from Friday morning, and from what I hear, they are a vast improvement from Tuesday morning. I just saw her do physical therapy (which amounted to walking 10 steps to the door and back with a walker and help from the PT's) and I nearly passed out just watching. It looked so excruciating, and she turned every shade of green on the color wheel. Glad we made the trip, even though we can't do much to help, and the kids are not up to speed on hospital etiquette, she was so happy to see us she burst into tears when we walked through the door. Thank you everyone for keeping her in your thoughts and prayers. We are lucky, it could have been so much worse.

good gracious! poor thing. I just heard this terrible news from my mom and so I hurried to see if you had posted. We will keep her in our prayers, she is so lucky and blessed, I'm sad just looking at her picture, poor girl.

Those have to be the saddest pictures ever. She looks so miserable! I'm glad you were able to go and see her.
She still looks so much like you, even with her face all scratched up. I know, weird thing to say when she is in such bad shape, but as I looked at the pics, she looks so much like you.
I wish her a speedy recovery!! :)

I can't believe how lucky she is... we love her and are so happy that she is going to be okay. I feel really bad for the pain she will endure for the next few months. She is in our prayers.

I think she actually looks good considering the circumstances. Keep us posted. Love you all.
